- Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation by You
– No Refund for Initial Booking Amount: For any cancellations, no refund will be made in respect of the initial booking amount.
– Cancellation Fees:
– If you cancel your trip less than 30 days before the start date, you will be charged 50% of the trip cost** as cancellation fees.
– If you cancel your trip within 15-30 days before the trip’s start date, you will be charged 75% of the trip cost as cancellation fees.
– If you cancel your trip within 0-15 days before the trip’s start date, you will be charged 100% of the trip cost as cancellation fees.
– Cancellation Process:
– Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@thrillhikers.com.
– Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days after deducting cancellation fees.
3.2 Cancellation by Us
– We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, or political unrest).
– In such cases, you will receive an option to reschedule your trip, However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
3.3 Unforeseen Circumstances
– In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled.
– The operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.
- User Responsibilities
– Provide accurate and complete information during inquiries and bookings.
– Ensure you meet all travel requirements (e.g., visas, vaccinations, health advisories).
– Adhere to local laws and cultural norms during your trip.
- Limitation of Liability
– ThrillHikers Travel is not liable for:
– Injuries, losses, or damages during travel.
– Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties (e.g., airlines, hotels).
